 Skill Sets: Junior Engineer Product Support / Engineer Product Support
Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent for Voice Process.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting

Roles & Responsibility: 
*Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues
*Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
*Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
*Dealing with network connectivity LAN, WAN and MAN.
*Information related to customer order for new connection.

Education: Any Graduate (BE / B.Tech / Arts and Science-Any stream) / Under Graduate / Diploma holders (10+2+2 only).

 Experience:  0 to 5 Yrs (Freshers / Experienced)  -  More Freshers Jobs
