Requirement 1: Skill : Process Domain Consultant Relevant Work Experience: 2- 8 years Qualification: BE / B.Tech/ MBA / BCA / B.Sc / B.Com / MCA Strong domain knowledge and industry experience in Retirement Services and Payment Plan administration in North American market Good exposure and understanding of Payment Plan administration system, Distribution management system and Policy Servicing processes Ability to understand and use advanced solution design methods in slight complex client scenarios Understand the linkages of metrics to key business drivers and align team efforts to deliver on it Requirement 2: Skill : Java Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA Only Relevant Work Experience: 3- 12 years Good Experience in Java/J2EE, HTML 5 , Jquery with good design experience. The candidate must have good experience of hands on of Coding & Debugging Skills in Java/J2EE, JSP, Hibernate, Java Requirement 3: Skill : FIlenet Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA Only Relevant Work Experience: 3- 8 years IBM FileNet P8 4.x/ 5.1, eforms, BPF, FileNet Capture, , IBM Case Manager, Guidewire IDM Desktop, eProcess, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), CMOD IDM Web Services, Image Services, Content Services. Reporting Functionality, Infrastructure set up and Administer XML, Web services SQL,VSS, IBM Web Sphere Studio Application Developer, Requirement 4: Skill : Progress 4GL Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA Only Relevant Work Experience: 3- 8 years Progress 4GL expertise having worked on development Projects. He / She should be able to code and unit test based on the design for the enhancements, analyze Incidents and provide resolutions to Incidents and handle Service requests. He / She should have good communication & analytical skills and should be a team player.
