# Java certification will be an added advantage.
# Should have basic networking, HTTP and trouble shooting knowledge.
# Good E-mail communication as well as verbal communication skills are required.
# Should have good knowledge in technical support.
# Good knowledge in HTML, Content formatting, Lists, Images, Links, tables, Frames, Forms, Active x Objects, Special elements, page layout etc would be an added advantage.
# Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
